Cross-Train
Cross-training helps dancers improve strength and flexibility. This unique bundle of classes will help you do just that. ABT ballerina and NASM Certified PT Kathryn Boren instructs a powerful cross-training set and Graham principal dancer LLoyd Knight leads a dynamic Graham (think core strength!) class. These are not to be overshadowed by a fierce floor barre, open modern class, and a NEW audio-only yoga class — because sometimes all you need to do to move is not look, but listen.
