Advanced Contemporary with Tamisha Guy is a 72 minute online dance class. This contemporary dance class leads the participant through an integrated series of warm-up exercises, through a released and grounded form. Ultimately Tamisha invites the participants to make their own choices within the movement and to approach each step with clarity and confidence.
