Advanced-Intermediate Ballet with Kat Wildish is a 66 minute online dance class. Kat's class is high energy and high joy! Having some experience with ballet beforehand is a plus, but Kat insists on taking time to really work on the core shapes of ballet, making this an excellent option for anyone looking to re-familiarize themselves with the specifics of first position, tendu, or arabesque.
